Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delray Beach, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to the extent permitted by law. Delray Beach, FL 33445, USA, within thirty (30) days of account creation or these Terms taking effect.

13.3 Class Action Waiver
